His expertise spans the entire capital cycle, from strategic planning, project underwriting, preconstruction through construction completion. He specializes in third party general contracting and in-house contracting with extensive knowledge of risk assessment, contract terms, negotiations and various project delivery methods to ensure seamless business operations and drive efficiencies to maximize investment returns.

Mr. Rocereto was a Senior Vice President with AvalonBay Communities, Inc., a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust, Western National Builders, Inc, and BRE Properties, Inc. (REIT), Vice President with Trammell Crow Residential, and owner/operated General Contractor. Mr. Rocereto is a licensed general contractor and holds a degree in Construction/Engineering from Long Beach State University.
