BGP Advisors, an affiliate of Blake Griggs Properties (www.blakegriggs.com), has extensive experience providing advice and consulting to commercial real estate owners, investors and operators. BGP Advisors’ two principals, Brad Blake and Brad Griggs, each have more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience as executives of public REIT’s and as founders of private companies.

The principals of BGP at a predecessor company acted as an advisor to three major banks on workouts and receiverships.
Blake Griggs Properties, the parent company of BGP Advisors, is a developer of, investor in, and asset manager for, various commercial property types with a focus on multi-family, affordable housing, mixed-use and retail properties.
