Brad Griggs is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Blake Griggs Properties, a commercial real estate development and services company based in Danville, California. With over 40 years of experience, Brad has overseen the development of more than 9,000 apartment units, 45 extended-stay hotels, and 2,000 for-sale homes, representing over $4 billion in investment, with an additional $2 billion in acquisition and sales transactions.

In 2020, he co-founded Opportunity Housing Group, an investment platform to acquire moderate income workforce housing using Essential Housing Bonds financing. He currently advises the firm’s asset management team overseeing a $1 billion apartment portfolio.

Brad also serves as General Partner & Chief Operating Officer for TigerBlocks, a digital platform for commercial real estate transactions, and as Investment Advisor to Gran Ciudad, a Mexico City-based multifamily investment firm. He holds a degree in Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a California Licensed Architect (inactive). Brad has been actively involved in the Urban Land Institute and served as President of the California Building Industry Association’s Homebuilder’s Council in San Diego.
