Gabriel Cordero Fuentes is an Investment Capital Consultant for Blake Griggs Properties and is responsible for sourcing equity investments for mixed-use and multifamily projects and acquisitions.

Prior to this role, Mr. Cordero Fuentes was an Investment Manager at BGP’s affiliate, Opportunity Housing Group (“OHG”), where he led sourcing and underwriting of bond-financed workforce housing acquisitions. Prior to OHG, Mr. Cordero Fuentes was an Investments Associate at the Black Creek Group’s Mexican multifamily platform, Gran Ciudad, where he led underwriting for acquisitions totaling over 800 multifamily units and over $200 million in total equity investment. Mr. Cordero Fuentes’ prior experience also includes positions as Finance Manager at Colinear, where he led the company’s sale process to a CT-based private equity firm, and as Sales Analyst at J.P. Morgan in New York City.

Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
