Scott Griggs is a Development Manager for Blake Griggs Properties. He handles underwriting of new projects and seeing them through the due diligence, approval and preconstruction processes.

Prior to joining BGP, Scott worked for IPM which is a technical company who works directly with Amazon. He holds a B.S. from the University of California Los Angeles where he was a Division 1 baseball player.

He played professional baseball for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies for a total of eight years.
